From the Eudora Welty Digital Archives Photographs Collection - MDAH. Black-and-white photograph of two young Black girls holding white dolls and standing in front of a wooden fence, both are looking to the camera's right. The girl on the left is wearing a light-colored patterned dress with a dark cardigan over top and boots. The girl on the right is wearing a medium-toned, patterned dress with a light-colored cardigan over top with knee-high patterned socks and shoes. Text in bottom left reads "Dolls Alike" and text at bottom center reads "Jackson, Miss".
