From the Eudora Welty Digital Archives Photographs Collection - MDAH. Black-and-white photograph of three white men sitting on steps. The man on the right is wearing a short-sleeved button-up shirt with dark-colored pants, shoes, and hat. The man in the middle has a cigarette in his hand and is wearing light-colored pants with a long-sleeved button-up and military-style cap, with dark shoes. The man on the left is wearing dark pants and long-sleeved button-up with a hat. There is an arched doorway and two signs behind them. The signs partially read "Girls for Sale, Honor Lost" and "Girls who live 1000 year. Sex".
