Detailed Description
From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Rogers (Jeff) Hurricane Katrina Photographs Collection (PI/2005.0024). Color photograph taken from a car, looking at a partially dirt-covered two-lane road and body of water. There is a car frame and side mirror in the immediate foreground, the road continues into the central right-side of the photo while the water is mostly on the left and center of the photo. The guardrail between the road and water is leaning towards the ground, and there are power line poles lining the road. A coastline is in the far background.
