Detailed Description

From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Rogers (Jeff) Hurricane Katrina Photographs Collection (PI/2005.0024). Color photograph of a pile of trash piled along a parking lot curb, leading diagonally from the photo’s close right-side to far left-side. The pile varies in height and consists of paper, flooring, and office furniture. There is a truck parked with a person looking into the bed in the left-side background, in front of trees. There are small trees and a brick building behind the trash pile.
