Detailed Description

From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Allard (Michael A.) Hurricane Katrina Photograph Collection (EA2012.004). Color photograph of a road, parking lot with various debris and other materials, and a large concrete building. A chain-link fence surrounds the building and there are various trucks, construction vehicles, trash, and porta-potties in the parking lot. The building sign reads “WAL-MART” and is missing front awnings as well as letters on the building’s front.
