Detailed Description

From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Rogers (Jeff) Hurricane Katrina Photographs Collection (PI/2005.0024). Color photograph of a destroyed building. There is sand and dirt in the foreground, with trees and the building in the background. There is various debris surrounding the trees and at the building’s foundation. Only the building’s framing and roof remain, the roof has areas torn away and dangle. There is a large cross decorating the front, central gable and a standing white cross on the roof.
