Color photograph of a severely damaged road along the photo’s center from immediate foreground to background, and white, two-story building on the photo’s right-side. The road is broken up into a large number of pieces and scattered, there is a tree fallen onto the road with a beach and a body of water viewable in the photo’s left-side. A man in pants and a short-sleeved shirt is standing on the road and looking at the camera. There is a power line pole between the camera and building that is leaning away from the road. The building has no window panes or doors, and the tops of the arched doorways are painted blue. Painted on the building’s side, there is an orange “X” in a box and partially obscured words and numbers that read “EHICKS “[?]5665-[?][?]85 [?] BEACH.” There is a row of trees along the road in the background.
