From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Crowe (Milburn J.) Photograph Album Collection. Four black-and-white photographs featuring African American individuals. Each image is in a rounded cut-out with a simple line border and the overall page has a line border with floral decorations in the corners. The top-left is a portrait of two figures sitting on a chair and facing the camera. The figure on the right is a teenager or young man wearing a light-colored suit with an open jacket and buttoned vest, light-colored shirt, and a small, dark bow-tie. His hair is dark and short, parted on the left-side of his head. His left forearm is resting on the chair's arm and his right arm is around the figure on the left with his hand on her shoulder. The figure on the left is a girl wearing a light-colored dress with buttons and two dark stripes running down the center of the chest. She has dark hair pulled up with curls around her face and a ribbon around her head. Her left arm is bent and her hand rests against her face. The right side of her body is obscured due to deterioration. "IT + M.R." is written in blue above the image. The top-right is a portrait of a woman standing in a light-colored dress with dark stripes on the bottom of the jacket and sleeves, a belt around the waist, and small buttons down the chest's center. She is facing the camera, her hair is pulled back, and her face is partly obscured by the edge of the page's opening. Her arms are by her sides and there is a small, ornate table to her left with a vase on it. "R.C. Montgomery" is written in blue above the image. The bottom-right is a girl facing the camera, standing with her arms crossed and leaning on a table covered with a tablecloth, and there are flowers on the table and resting on her hands. She is wearing a light-colored dress with a ruffled collar, a large brooch at the neck, a ruffled bustle, and dark sash at the waist. Her dark hair in a half-up style with curls. She is wearing dangling earrings and a decorative hairpiece. The bottom-left is a portrait of a young woman facing the camera's left. She is wearing a light-colored dress with a ruffled collar and a large brooch. She has several necklaces on, including numerous rows of pearls and a choker. She is wearing dangling earrings with a netted hairpiece. Her hair is dark and pulled back with short, curled bangs. "M.V." is written in blue above the image. There is severe tearing and deterioration along the page's right side and bottom.
