Four black-and-white photographs, all except the bottom-left are placed on the page rather than in the opening. The top-left is a portrait of an African American man with his body pointed towards the camera and he is looking to the camera's right. He is wearing a dark, unbuttoned suit jacket with a dark, buttoned vest and a light-colored button-down with a dark bow-tie. There is a chain pinned to the top button of the vest. His hair is dark, curly, and close-cropped. "J.E. Ousley" is written in blue above the image. The top-right is a portrait of a man facing the camera but looking to the camera's left. He is wearing a dark suit jacket with a buttoned vest and kerchief. He has a dark mustache and longer goatee. His hair is short and has a right-side part.
