Description

From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Churches - Survey Photograph Collection. A black-and-white, exterior front-view photograph of a multi-story brick building. A large set of stairs lead to the front portico with two ionic columns on either side of the top of the stairs. The entrance is in a half-hexagonal shape with the main door in the center and a window on the two other sides. The main door is a double-door with a transom window. There are two building 'wings' which are box-shaped with two rectangular windows near the roof and two sets of four windows across the side on the lower two-thirds of the building. On the wing closest to the camera, there is a ground-level side door in place of a window by the portico. There are several small bushes lining the foundation and a sign on the wing closest to the camera. There are trees and a small building behind the church.
