From the Mississippi Department of Archives and History Anti-Slavery Alphabet Series. This card is the front and back of the ninth page with the letters "K" and "L". The front-side has the text "K" and "K is the Kidnapper, who stole That little child and mother-- Shrieking, it clung around her, but He tore them from each other." And "L" and "L is the Lash, that brutally He swung around its head, Threatening that 'if it cried again, He'd whip it till 'twas dead.'" The back-side is blank.
