Depicts several flooded buildings, a box-car, and platforms. There are two figures with a row-boat on the platform attached to the building closest to the camera. There is a sign on the building that reads "LONGWOOD." On the roof of the closed box-car in the immediate foreground are several birds and a ladder leaning next to the car. There are two rows of power lines and poles that run from foreground to background, with a tree line in the far background. Text in bottom right reads "Y and M. V. R. R. Station, Longwood, 5-11-27."
