Depicts partially-collapsed train-tracks falling into flood-waters, with a figure sitting on one track and holding a piece of paper that reads "28." The tracks run from foreground to background. Water surrounds the tracks on both sides. There is gravel in the immediate foreground and a tree line in the far background. Text in bottom right reads "Near Helm, Miss. BR L 133-4. 5-9-27."
