Depicts Black several people and a makeshift camp on a wooden platform, with a cargo-train parked on the photo's left side and flood waters on the photo's right side. There is a figure with a dog on a small boat in the water, and two dogs on debris in the water. There are several tents, utility-poles, and trees in the background. There is a structure on the right side of the far background. Text in bottom right reads "Hollandale, Miss. 5-1-27."
