The middle left portion shows flood waters held by walls of sandbags, several utility-poles, and more buildings in front of a tree line. Middle right portion shows a flooded street with several figures standing on the wall of sandbags, the front and side corner of a building, and there are several buildings and trees in the far background. The far right portion shows sandbag walls and floating hay bales, several power lines and poles, the front of several one- and two-story buildings, with two figures on the roof of one building, and in the background is a tree line. Text in far bottom right reads "Yazoo City, 5-13-27."
